We stand behind the quality of our products and service. We are only truly happy when you are. We want you to be satisfied, of course, but we'd prefer if you were absolutely thrilled with us.

We take great pride in the work that we do. Our products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using our state-of-the-art digital printing and embroidery equipment. So, if you ever receive a job from us and we have made a mistake in printing or finishing your job please get in touch as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to resolve the issue.

1. If you are not completely satisfied with your order please tell us by contacting  Customer Care .

2. In the event we cannot resolve the issue immediately, a member of our team will come back to you to obtain details of the problem. In the first instance we will need photos of the defective job or ask you to bring it into the studio to help us find the right solution.

3. We will come back with a solution. We're very confident we can help. The most important thing is that you are happy.

 

Please note we cannot be held responsible in any way for:

  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
  • Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
  • Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.

We are an 'upload to print' service and print the artwork you supply. Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, we do not check each supplied piece of artwork for errors prior to printing.
